Schedules
A schedule is a message that Clatri runs at the date and frequency you choose, using the usual chat agent and tools. For example: “Every Monday at 8:00, review my pending tasks and prepare a report with my priorities.” You can also request searches and other actions available to your account.
Create and manage a schedule
Ask in chat or open Settings → Schedules:
- Choose the space and write the message you want to run.
- Select once, daily, weekly, or monthly, with its date or time. For weekly schedules, choose the weekdays.
- Review the timezone and enable the delivery channels you want.
- Save and check the next run.
From that screen you can edit the message and timing, pause, delete, run now, and view history and results. Run now creates an additional run that also uses credits. The default weekly report is managed here when enabled for your account; edit the existing schedule if you want to change it.
Results and notifications
The result is saved in the selected space's chat. Push and email are optional and independent: push tells you the result is available, and email may include the report. If you have asked to keep the content in chat, the email may contain only a private link. You can express that preference as “Remember that my health reports should stay only in chat”; see Personalization.
A schedule runs a request; a calendar reminder alerts you about an appointment or task. For “remind me to call the doctor,” use an event or a task with a reminder. For “every Friday, review my tasks and summarize what's pending,” use a schedule.
Timing and travel
By default, timing follows the timezone detected by your device when you open or return to the app. You can set a fixed timezone to keep it tied to a particular place. A VPN does not determine your timezone. Travel does not change your home timezone or the instant of existing appointments.
Monthly schedules use the day of the selected date; if a month does not have that day, they use its last day. If a clock change makes the time nonexistent, the schedule moves forward; if the time repeats, it runs once at the standard-time occurrence. Delivery may take time: this is not an alarm guaranteed to the second.
Credits and incomplete runs
Runs use your usual credits, context, and permissions. History distinguishes queued runs, runs in progress, and their results: queued does not mean completed. Generating the result and sending email or push are separate steps; check chat even if a notification does not arrive.
If credits, access, or a document requiring your unlocked device are unavailable, Clatri may not complete the request. See also Password-protected documents.
An interrupted run may have performed some actions before failing. Review the result and your data before running it again to avoid repeating an operation. The full agent is not automatically rerun after an interruption; notifications may be retried and can occasionally arrive twice.
